Evelyn Cancio Rivera

With a Bachelor’s Degree from Sacred Heart University, Evelyn has more than fifteen (15) years in the temporary and permanent employment industry, covering all phases of outplacement services. The last six years she was part of the starting team of a well known staffing company as a
partner and Human Resource and Marketing Director. During those years she built the company's credibility and satisfaction for all the clients that have followed her during her career. Developing business strategies, motivating personnel, servicing clients in all their personnel needs have been the key to her successful career. She also has an extensive knowledge of the federal and state labor laws.
With the professional scope, experience and devotion she has for her profession, she gives her 100% to her clients and employees. Her goal is to make a difference in the employment industry of Puerto Rico, by providing the right job for the candidates and earn their confidence. She is comitted to servicing her client's personnel needs and she definitely wants PRMS Group Inc. to become an extension of it's clients Human Resource Department.
Evelyn has been an active member of the Employers Committee of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor. She has been part of the board of directors for several years occupying different positions, from Conference Director, Treasurer and Speaker in labor related forums. During the year 2000 Evelyn was elected president of the regional and state Employers Committee. During her presidency she established four new regions for the Employees Committee in Puerto Rico: San Germán, Manatí, Fajardo and Guayama ending with 14 regions in Puerto Rico.
In the present, Ms. Cancio has achieved her ultimate goal as she excels as a professional, opening the doors of her own temporary and permanent placement company, PRMS Group, Inc. |

Maria A. Rodríguez
VICE - PRESIDENT

Graduated as Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration from the Interamerican University, Ms. Rodríguez has had a successful career. Her professional experience started in the legal and retail business, as executive secretary for the top management, where she organized meetings of various professionals associations as well as private entities.
She has twenty (20) years of experience in the temporary and permanent recruitment industry. Her specialization in the industry was focused in administrating and running companies. From general administration to accounting, she posesses all the skills necessary to make a business prosperous.
In 1994 she founded a temporary service entity, serving the metropolitan area. Utilizing her unique skills and knowledge, she helped in the company’s success and three years later it was selling over five (5) million dollars a year.
In 1999, her enterprising character, led her to undertake her second challenge, when she opened as partner of a temporary and permanent placement company. Establishing and organizing the company, who employed more than 250 people and serviced more than 150 clients. During this time she excelled doing what she loved the most, helping other people to find the right job.
With her experience in recruiting, labor laws, and administration, she knows that the key to total service satisfaction lies in the selection of qualified people and in the fair and supportive treatment of its employees.
Now she is applying all of her experience and knowledge by realizing her biggest dream and founding her new company, as vice-president and partner of

Junely M. Rodríguez
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Graduated as Cum Laude in Communications from Sacred Heart University, and currently finishing a master’s in Human Resources, her specialty lies in the effective recruiting techniques and new tendencies as well as the understanding and interpretation of labor laws in Puerto Rico.
Her initial experience was in the temporary service industry where she excelled as a recruiting officer and marketing assistant. She was part of the starting team of a well known temporary service company in Puerto Rico. Her ability in marketing was the catalyst to the success of the organization. Her perseverance led to the growth of the company’s assets. Her service oriented and responsible personality made it possible to gain the trust of her customers, who really trusted and gave her the responsibility of the recruitment of their personnel.
Now as an experienced well rounded professional, she is undertaking her biggest career challenge, as part of the managerial staff and partner of PRMS Group, Inc. |
